High alumina ceramics for system components exposed to extreme wear. Especially useful where thin linings or smooth surfaces are required, such as in circulating air separators, cyclones, screw centrifuges, vibrating chutes, fans, fan blades, etc.

ALRESIST® TWC Troweable Epoxy Repair Compound is easy to mix, apply and its thixotropic paste is self curing.
ALRESIST® TWC is a two-part trowelable epoxy repair compound containing 50% by volume sapphire hard (9 mohs) alumina ceramic beads (Al2O3) and silicon carbide particles. Easy to mix and apply, the thixotropic paste is self curing.

KALBOND is a high performance adhesive bonding system that provides superior adhesion and strength. It permits the bonding of engineered ALRESIST® protective linings to components used in dynamic situations and subject to abrasion and corrosion.

KALCOR Zirconium Corundum is recommended for high abrasion and high temperatures in various pneumatic and hydraulic components.
KALCOR® is a material composed of alumina and zirconia. It is recommended for particularly high abrasion and/or high temperatures, e. g. in cyclones and separators, in chutes for hot sinter or clinker, for mixers, pipelines, etc.

KALCRET-S Sprayable Hard Compound System to large surfaces quickly with no joints.
This zirconium corundum material has been engineered for good abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance up to 1,250°C / 2,282°F. KALCOR-S is produced by cold forming aluminum oxide and zirconium oxide raw materials into tiles, shaped elements and tube cylinders and then sintered. This allows the production of elements tailored to a variety of system component geometries.

KALPOXY is a highly wear resistant epoxy bonded hard compound with over 70% solids, used as a jointless lining for structural components and repairs.  KALPOXY features a short curing time and is easily applied on nearly any surface, even overhead, in chutes, pipe systems, vessels and cyclones.

These systems are well suited where high abrasion and impact occur in combination. Maximum operating temperature is 176º F / 80º C.
