New Kalenborn International Organization

Abresist Kalenborn announced that its parent company, Kalenborn Kalprotect GmbH & Co. KG, has now become the holding company Kalenborn International GmbH & Co. KG. 

Abresist Kalenborn, the oldest of twelve subsidiaries of Kalenborn International, manufactures and installs a wide range of abrasion resistant linings and protective linings utilizing mineral and ceramic materials for industrial material handling applications. Abresist currently employs 48 people and is located 40 miles west of Fort Wayne, IN with sales offices throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico, and has a Quebec based subsidiary, Canada Kalprotect, acquired in 2002.

Headquarters for Kalenborn International will remain in Vettelschoss, Germany.  Besides the new name for the holding company, a new Kalenborn Kalprotect GmbH & Co. KG was formed to continue business activities under this well known name as a subsidiary of Kalenborn International.
